Sacred breath
Leading to the beat of my heart
And the flood of divine love flowing through
This depth of presence is such a gift
If we could only remember it
And appreciate
And give thanks
Because it is this which gives us life
Found in silence
Found close to the breath
Found with quiet mind
This stillness speaks sweet nothings in our ears
And caresses our every cell
Till we are renewed
Balanced and harmonious
Aligned with truth in beingness
Realizing Oneness
In this beautiful divine energy flow
All is healed and all released
Things that bothered us before
Just don’t any more
We are joyful and care-free
Giving thanks and returning
To the divine flow of love within
